When considering back surgery, it is important to consider how long it takes to get back to normal. With microdiscectomy; the original pain may improve fairly quickly & symptoms may get better in a few weeks. However, recovery after laminectomy or fusion surgery is longer. You will not be able to return to activities as quickly. It takes at least 3 to 4 months after surgery for bones to heal well & healing may continue for at least a year.
Spinal Decompression is not only effective, but it is without the prolonged recovery & healing time associated with traditional surgery. Call Dr Parker Neill or Dr Abbie Swank at 919-469-8897. www.TriangleDecompression.com
