Dr. Parker A. Neill, DC, CCSP, ICSC, is a Board-Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and Internationally Certified Sports Chiropractor with Triangle Spinal Decompression, part of Swank Chiropractic Sports Medicine. A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic (magna cum laude), where he now serves as Extended Faculty mentoring senior doctoral students, Dr. Neill specializes in non-surgical spinal decompression, biomechanical restoration, and evidence-based care for disc-related conditions like sciatica and radiculopathy. His approach blends advanced diagnostics with a whole-body view of movement and recovery—treating not just symptoms, but the underlying mechanics behind them. Outside the clinic, Dr. Neill stays active through running, cycling, golf, and scuba diving, bringing a practitioner-athlete's perspective to every treatment plan.
